When does it ship?
All orders are shipped within two business days after confirmation.
Orders paid on weekends and holidays will be shipped sequentially after the holidays.
How long does it take to ship?
PAUL VICE uses FEDEX for overseas shipments.
The delivery date varies depending on the country and region, so please wait patiently.

Can I make changes in my order?
Please contact us via the homepage bulletin board or email.
Changing orders for products that have already started shipping will be considered as an exchange or return, which are subject to an additional shipping fee.
Can I make an exchange?
Product exchange is available within 14 days of receipt of delivery, and there will be additional round-trip shipping fees.
Please note your exchange intent on the homepage bulletin or email before registration.

Product FAQ

Do you offer a repair service?
PAUL VICE will provide a warranty for each product item in accordance with the Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations.
The warranty period of the product is calculated based on the purchase date and it varies by product.

The products have a leather odor.
The leather fabric of the cowhide strap is wrapped in a case and may have a bit of a leather odor when you receive it.
The odor will naturally disappear if kept in a well-ventilated place for a while, depending on the environment.
There are wrinkles in the leather bands.
PAUL VICE leather straps are made of cowhide and will naturally wrinkle after use.
Please note that the lighter the straps may have more noticeable wrinkles.
The mesh strap buckles won’t lock.
If the buckle doesn’t lock after trying it on, please refer to the video in the link below.

How do I adjust a mesh watch strap?
For mesh straps, you can increase or decrease the length by adjusting the buckle.
We recommend adjusting the strap length first by referring to the video of the link below.

Rosy Collection, Siren Collection metal strap require a separate tool for length adjustments, so we recommend visiting a nearby watch store for charged repairs.

PAUL VICE is not responsible for any defects or damage caused by product deformation, such as cutting or punching holes to the straps.


Is my watch waterproof?
All watch products in PAUL VICE provide 3ATM of waterproof functionality.
Although each individual have different views on water-proofing, PAUL VICE defines light rain and water splashing while washing hands as water-proofing
Is gift wrapping available?
PAUL VICE products are available as basic packages.
We do not provide separate packaging or shopping bags, even with such requests.
What are some precautions when wearing?
-Do not store the products near objects that generate electromagnetic waves, as they may be sensitive to electric and magnetic fields.
-Please be careful about discoloration due to cosmetics (chemicals, perfumes), sweat, and moisture.
-Please be careful of impact since even with a small impact, the internal movement may be damaged, or the glass may be damaged depending on the direction or degree of shock.
-Please be aware that not all products in PAUL VICE are fully waterproof, and all repairs caused by the water will be charged.

Warranty / Repair FAQ

How long is the warranty period?
PAUL VICE is passionate about product quality and design, and we hope you love and cherish our products.
The watch is provided with a one-year free warranty and six-month for cuffs from the date of purchase.

The repair will be free of charge if the product is found to be defective within the warranty period.
However, watch straps cannot be repaired as they are defined as expendables, so you must purchase a new strap for replacement.

The following cases will be charged regardless of the warranty period:
Damage to the product (crushing or scratching) due to incorrect wear or careless customers
Product repaired by a third party, including a private repair shop, without prior consent from Paul Vice.
Damage and discoloration caused by flooding (water) or burning (fire) accidents
Abrasions and scratches due to normal wearing
Any repairs after the free warranty period.
How do I register for A/S?
When registering for A/S, please send your photos, descriptions, warranty, and purchase date information (receipt or payment details) by e-mail, and we will inform you through the A/S process along with the estimated amount.

The repair will begin if you wish to continue with the process, and the estimated amount may change when the actual fee is charged.

Repair services and warranties of watches purchased by unauthorized dealers are not available.
PAUL VICE is not responsible for any product defects or damages that occur after visiting private repair shops without PAUL VICE’s consent.
How much does it cost for A/S?
The A/S fees vary according to the warranty period and the contents of the service. We will guide you individually after receiving the A/S.
Please contact us by e-mail for more details and estimated costs.
The shipping fees during the A/S will be charged regardless of the warranty period or the content of the service.
The second hand is not aligned.
The reason for the second-hand alignment issue is due to a ‘second-hand gap phenomenon’ caused in quartz movement watches (watches powered by batteries)
This is due to a narrow gap between the teeth inside the clock. Depending on the angle or direction of viewing the clock, some sections may have an exact second, and some may not.
The assembly is designed to be as accurate as possible in second-hand alignment, but a certain amount of the phenomenon is naturally visible in quartz watches and does not constitute a defective product.
